All prices are listed in USD. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Payments must be made in full at the time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the product, the materials used, and current order volume. Approximate turnaround times are indicated in each product listing.

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the delivery location and the selected shipping method. Shipping time begins once the product has been completed and handed over to the shipping provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Shipping Within the United States Only

At this time, we only process and ship orders within the United States.

If you are an international customer and wish to place an order, you must provide a valid U.S. shipping address. Any arrangements for international forwarding or courier services must be handled entirely by the customer. Octopodo Studio is not responsible for any delays, damages, or additional fees related to third-party international shipping.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or arrives damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, production may have already begun, and cancellation may not be possible.
