Yes! If you need a specific size or quantity that isn’t listed in our product options, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to provide a quote based on your needs.
Absolutely. Most of our products require you to send your ready-to-print artwork. Please make sure your file is in high resolution and uses CMYK color format to ensure the best print quality.
We are not responsible for pixelated or blurry prints resulting from low-resolution or incorrect files. Please double-check your design before submitting it.
Production times vary depending on the product, order size, and our current workload. Standard turnaround is usually between 3–7 business days. You’ll see an estimated production time listed in each product description.
We currently only ship within the United States. If you live abroad and would like to order, you can do so by providing a U.S. shipping address and arranging your own international courier.
All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Mail. If you need express or priority shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can check availability and pricing.
If your item arrives damaged due to a production issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We do not accept claims for damage caused during shipping.
