Return and Refund Policy

At Octopodo Studio, each product is made to order with care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following terms regarding returns and refunds.
What you need to know:
1. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged due to production issues on our end. We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping carriers.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains a production error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, only if the damage was caused during production.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. We will promptly review and resolve the issue.
4. Lost Shipments
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. We’ll assist in opening a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the claim is resolved, we’ll determine the appropriate solution.
5. Artwork Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the artwork provided is of high quality and correctly formatted.
We do not accept claims for:

Low-resolution or pixelated artwork

Files submitted in the wrong color mode (e.g., RGB instead of CMYK)

Incorrect dimensions, bleeds, or file setup

Please double-check your files before submission to avoid printing issues.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Custom printed products (banners, posters, stickers, signs, etc.)

Sale or clearance items

Orders where incorrect information was provided by the customer (e.g. wrong size, artwork, or shipping address)

7. Order Cancellations
Because we start processing orders shortly after they're received, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request—only if production has not yet started.
