All our products are made to order; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed. Please make sure to review your design, measurements, and all specifications carefully before placing your order.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving it. We’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

• We are not responsible for errors in files submitted by the customer.

• Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and the printing process.

• Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or incorrect installation.

Processing Time: All orders are made to measure and require a production time of 3 to 4 business days before being shipped.

Shipping Methods: We offer different shipping options so you can choose the one that best suits your needs, including standard and express services.

Delivery Time: Delivery time varies depending on the location and the selected shipping method, generally between 2 and 7 business days in addition to the production time.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and depend on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

Shipping Address: Please make sure to enter the correct and complete address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect information.

International Orders: We do not offer international shipping; shipments are only made within the United States.

To ensure your printed banner has the best possible quality, please follow these recommendations when preparing your file:

• File format: We accept high-resolution files in PDF, AI, PSD, TIFF, or JPG formats.

• Resolution: The image should be at least 150-300 dpi (dots per inch) at full size to avoid pixelation.

• Color mode: Use CMYK mode for printing, not RGB. This ensures the printed colors are as accurate as possible.

• Safety margin: Leave at least 2 inches inside the edges for texts and important elements to avoid cropping.

• Fonts: Convert all fonts to curves or vectors to prevent typography issues.

• Colors: Keep in mind that colors may vary slightly depending on the printing process and monitor settings.

• Proofreading: Please carefully check spelling and content before submitting your file, as we will print exactly what we receive.
